DERFORM sp. z o.o. , based in Sady, informs that the marketed product: three-wheeled balance scooter UNO GRAY KIDWELL, serial no: HUBAUNO01A1, EAN code: 5901130079995, does not meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 20 October 2016 on requirements for toys, due to insufficient resistance of the handlebar tubes to forces directed upwards, which creates the risk of the user of the toy falling and suffering physical injuries (e.g. abrasions, bruises, swelling, edema), as well as an under-dimensioning of the diameter of the front wheels, which creates the risk of the user of the toy falling and suffering physical injuries (e.g. abrasions, bruises, swelling, edema). The announcement is published in connection with proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

We would like to inform you that as soon as we received information about the non-conformity of products, we took steps to ensure that the products are of appropriate quality and meet safety requirements.
